Hi I’m Katie! I teach high energy, beat driven, fun, effective, and challenging yet accessible LIVESTREAM FITNESS classes that will lift you UP, make you sweat, feel good and fly by!

My classes blend movement styles; fusing strength training, yoga asana/mobility work, cardio, and plyometrics (jumping!). I teach two types of classes: Sculpt and Flow (read class details below). These classes are meant to work together to build strength, mobility and balance to the body!

SCULPT

This class is a FUN, full body workout designed to sculpt and challenge your body. This class is BEAT driven (we love a killer PLAYLIST) and begins with a flow inspired warm up, quickly moving into strength-training, plyometrics and cardio. This class will make you sweat and challenge all levels of fitness. You will walk away feeling accomplished, inspired, and worked. Grab a medium pair free weights (5-10 lbs), or soup cans, jars, etc for this one!

FLOW

This is a high intensity flow class that draws inspiration from power vinyasa yoga asana and mobility work. The focus of this class is building strength and increasing mobility, flexibility and balance. High energy music is used to keep you motivated and in the flow. This class is meant to work hand in hand with sculpt to challenge you in different ways and aid in recovery.

NOTE:  I am a student of yoga vs a teacher of yoga. I have great respect the philosophy and roots that go far beyond the movement practices my FLOW classes draw inspiration from. I am working to be conscious in sharing my appreciation without participating in appropriation.
